Hot Shower Is A Big NO!
You can have a shower with warm water but avoid hot showers as they dry the natural oils of the skin and makes your skin dry. Also, use a moisturiser immediately to lock the moisture in your skin.
Also, don’t rub your skin with a towel to dry instead pat dry your skin as rubbing will make it more irritated.
Use a sulphate free, & dermatologically tested gentle cleanser that will remove all the impurities, and without irritating your dry skin.
Weekly exfoliation is necessary as it will remove all the dead skin cells and will make the new cells come out, dry skin will get easily irritated by over-exfoliation.
