Exfoliation helps to remove dead skin cells, unclog pores, and promote cell turnover for a brighter complexion. However, exfoliating too frequently can irritate the skin. It is generally recommended to exfoliate 1-2 times a week, but this may vary depending on your skin type and sensitivity. Start with a gentle exfoliator and observe how your skin reacts before increasing the frequency.
