Method 2.

  • Prepare your steaming instrument by adding water in it and switch it on.
  • Now take steam by keeping your face in front of the steaming nozzle. Remember to keep your face a few centimeters away from the nozzle, keep your eyes closed while taking steam. Take towel over your head while taking steam.
  • Take steam for about 2 to 5 minutes only.
  • Now gently exfoliate the damp face using a good exfoliator or homemade scrub. It will help to clear out all blackheads, whiteheads and dead skin.
  • Afterwards, rinse the face with normal water.

DIY Homemade Scrubs

  • Fuller's Earth

Step 3. Massage

Coconut oil/ Any fruit cream/ Buckthorn Berry oil

What Should I do?

  • Apply fruit cream, abovementioned oil or other essential oil of your choice.
  • Start doing gentle massage with mild and soft pressure.
  • Remember to keep your fingertips strokes upwards and outwards. Repeat these 5 to 7 times for great results.
  • Start massaging your chin with knuckles, moving upwards and along with jawline.
  • Afterwards, contour your nose using your middle and index finger.
  • Massage your cheekbones using your palms. While massaging cheekbones, massage towards the hairline.
  • Now knead the skin present between your eyebrows using your knuckles and go outwards to the hairline.
